Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mushroom Genetics. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy on all of our products. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mushroom-genetics.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Return the product: After receiving approval for your return, you may return the product (s) to us. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
3. Receive your refund: After we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. We will then issue a refund for the cost of the product, less any shipping charges, to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your account. We prefer to issue a refund in the same form of payment used to originally purchase product. However, this may not always be possible. For example, if more than 30 days have passed since the original credit card transaction for an order, we may not be able to process refund to the credit card. In this instance, would issue refund in the form of a check.
Exceptions:
• Opened or used products cannot be returned, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged.
• We cannot refund shipping charges, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@mushroom-genetics.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you, or we will issue a refund for the cost of the product, including any shipping charges.
